Participation, advancement, compensation, mentorship and branch opportunities are subject to eligibility, verification, qualifying revenue, written agreements, applicable licensing/registration, current ARMS policies and final approval. Earnings, clients, advancement, approval and business results are not guaranteed. Fees and program terms are governed by current controlled ARMS documents.

Technology & Access Fee

Technology & Access Fee Commencement. The standard Technology & Access Fee is $159.00 per month. No $159 monthly Technology & Access Fee is due at contract signing or during the initial onboarding/activation process. For each Trainee, IBO Partnership, and Fast-Track IBO, the first $159 monthly charge becomes due 30 calendar days after the later of (a) the participant's applicable agreement/contract signing or effective date and (b) completion of onboarding and activation of the applicable ARMS platform access, as documented in the governing agreement or onboarding/activation record. Thereafter, the fee recurs on the established monthly billing cycle. The $159 fee remains separate from the onetime $499 Initial Activation & Setup Fee and the $4,997 Fast-Track Program Fee. ARMS may reasonably adjust the monthly fee when technology requirements, third-party/vendor or service-provider charges, regulatory requirements, platform costs, or other technology-related costs outside ARMS's direct control change. Applicable adjustments will be communicated through the controlled document process before implementation, subject to governing agreements and applicable law.
